Rewatched it for the fourth time and the docking scene still makes my heart race. The score does half the storytelling.
What still works
- The organ-heavy score turns quiet moments into the biggest ones.
- Practical effects and real sets make space feel heavy and dangerous.
- The father-daughter story gives all the physics a reason to matter.

What doesn't
Some of the dialogue explains things the visuals already showed. On a fourth watch, I don't mind.
